Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Round Off, including event pages, Family features, fundraiser pages, encouragement letters, and related services.
Last updated: May 6, 2026
1. Who May Use the Service
You may use Round Off only if you can form a binding contract with us and comply with these Terms and applicable law. If you create an account, purchase a Family plan, create athlete profiles, or publish athlete-related content, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the security or integrity of the service, or create legal or operational risk for Round Off or other users.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. For example, you must not:
use Round Off for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent activity;
attempt to interfere with, damage, disable, overburden, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems;
submit spam, malicious code, or harmful automated traffic;
upload or share content you do not have the right to use;
publish private, sensitive, or inappropriate personal information about a child or anyone else; or
use the service in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
4. Event Schedules and Producer Content
Round Off displays event schedules and related information that may be provided, imported, or managed by event producers and other third parties. We do not guarantee that any schedule, time, room, award slot, result, or event detail is complete, accurate, current, or final. Event information may change without notice. You should verify critical event information with the official event source when it matters.
5. Family Features, Public Pages, and Athlete Information
Family features are intended for parents, guardians, family members, and other adults authorized to manage athlete-related information. If you create or manage athlete profiles, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information and use those features.
If you publish a fundraiser page or enable an encouragement letters page, content you choose to share may be visible to anyone with the link and may be copied, saved, or shared by others. You are responsible for deciding what information to publish. Do not publish sensitive personal information about a child or anyone else.
We may remove or restrict public content, user-generated content, or account access if we believe it violates these Terms, creates safety concerns, or exposes us or others to legal risk.
6. Family Trials, Season Passes, and Pricing
Round Off may offer Family access through free trials, paid plans, or season-pass purchases. Pricing, feature limits, and seat limits may vary by plan and may change over time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, a Family Season Pass is a one-time purchase for the selected season only and does not automatically renew. Access for a future season may require a separate purchase.
Trials may be limited by account, household, season, or other eligibility rules. We may change, end, or refuse a trial or promotional offer at any time where permitted by law.
7. No Refunds
All Family Season Pass purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Deleting your account, removing athlete profiles, removing family members, or choosing not to use the service does not entitle you to a refund.
We may, in our sole discretion, offer a courtesy refund, partial refund, credit, or other accommodation in a specific situation, but we are not obligated to do so.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Round Off, such as athlete-related entries, fundraiser content, uploaded files, photos, messages, and encouragement letters, subject to any rights of other people appearing in or affected by that content.
By submitting or publishing content through the service, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, transmit, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and authority needed to submit the content and to grant that license.
9. Intellectual Property
Round Off, including its software, branding, logos, visual design, and related content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of our service or our intellectual property.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Round Off is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Round Off and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the applicable Family plan during the 12 months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed Round Off to legal, security, or operational harm.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. By continuing to use the service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
